The Indian Premier League’s leading run scorer receives the Orange Cap (IPL). The player who scored the most runs overall during the game wins. Matthew Hayden won the award in the 2010 season, following Shaun Marsh in the inaugural IPL 2009 season. Shikhar Dhawan, a left-handed hitter, set a career high with 6086 runs scored in 199 games. In October 2020, Dhawan became the first batsman in IPL history to score back-to-back hundreds against Chennai Super Kings and Punjab Kings (then known as Kings XI Punjab). He joins Warner as yet another outstanding player to surpass 5000 runs scored.
Rohit Sharma
It is remarkable that Rohit Sharma has scored 5764 runs in 216 games. He was one of the best batters of all time, and his style of play was ideal for games with fewer innings.
Suresh Raina
He comes in third on this list with 5528 runs throughout 200 games. For his accomplishments with the three-time champion Chennai Super Kings, Raina is most recognized. the first player in the history of the IPL to score 5,000 runs and 2,000 runs in the same season.
