He did this on April 22 at the Wankhede Stadium while playing against the Rajasthan Royals. In his 188th innings of the tournament, the RCB captain hit 6,000 runs and his 40th half-century. This helped his team win. The right-handed batsman has been with the Royal Challengers Bangalore since the first season of the Indian Premier League. During that time, he scored 6,000 runs for RCB, including five centuries and forty-fifties.
