Vidarbha’s Path to Victory
Vidarbha batted first and scored a solid 379 runs in their first innings. In response, Kerala fought hard but was bowled out for 342, giving Vidarbha a 37-run lead. In their second inning, Vidarbha scored 375/9 before the match ended in a draw.
However, since Vidarbha had the first-innings lead, they were declared winners. This marks their third Ranji Trophy title, having previously won in 2017-18 and 2018-19.
