(2013, 175* Runs) Chris Gayle

The highest score in the IPL is still held by Chris Gayle, the West Indies’ left-handed opener. In 2013, while playing for the Royal Challengers Bangalore against the Pune Warriors in Bengaluru, this left-handed batter made history by amassing the highest ever IPL batting total of 175 runs off 66 balls. He played well with both the ball and the bat, as evidenced by the fact that he took two wickets in the match. Gayle’s 175″ helped RCB score 263 runs in total while Pune only managed 133 runs, giving RCB a 130-run victory.

With 158* runs for the Kolkata Knight Riders, the former captain of New Zealand Brendon McCullum finished second among batsmen in the first IPL season. With an undefeated 158 runs off 3 balls against Royal Challengers Bangalore in Bengaluru’s opening 2008 season match, McCullum guided Kolkata Knight Riders to a total of 222 runs. As a result, RCB caved into the pressure of a large target and lost for just 82 runs.

AB de Villiers had (133*) runs in 2015.

Former South African batsman AB de Villers, who played for the RCB team in the IPL, ranks third in terms of runs scored. When playing the Mumbai Indians at their home ground, Wankhede, De Villiers scored an unbeaten 133 runs, helping RCB reach a total of 235 runs. Mumbai won the game by a score of 39 runs despite receiving just 196 runs in response.

KL Rahul (132*) will run in 2020.

KL Rahul has scored the fourth-most runs overall, and his 132 not out is the highest IPL score ever by an Indian. In the sixth IPL game at Dubai in 2020, while leading the Punjab Kings, he scored 132 runs against Royal Challengers Bangalore (DSC). Kings XI Punjab defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore by a score of 97 runs thanks in large part to his unbeaten 132 runs, which allowed Punjab to add a further 206 runs to their total. Rahul reached his first fifty in just 36 balls, and he did the same for his second fifty in just 26 balls.

AB de Villiers had (129* Runs in 2016).

The fifth-highest IPL total is 132 runs from 52 balls, scored unbeaten by AB de Villiers. When AB batted for the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the 44th IPL 2016 match, he scored 132 runs while going undefeated, helping the team reach a total of 248 runs. Gujarat’s reaction saw them bowled out for 104 runs as they were unable to cope with the pressure of such a lofty target, allowing RCB to win by 144 runs.
