Mumbai Indians (MI) has a very good set of Indian players in IPL 2025. Except for Trent Boult and Mitchell Santner, the other six foreign players have not been regular in the IPL. England’s all-rounder Will Jacks and fast bowler Reece Topley, South Africa’s fast bowler Lizard Williams and Afghanistan’s spinner Allah Ghazanfar are not very experienced in this league. New Zealand’s Bevan John Jacobs and South Africa’s Ryan Rickelton have not played IPL yet.

They have replaced Salt and Starc with Quinton de Kock and Anrich Norkhi/Spencer Johnson. It is a bit surprising to bet on Manish Pandey and Ajinkya Rahane.

After retaining five batsmen and one bowler, RR went for bowlers in the IPL 2025 auction and got Jofra Archer, Maheesh Theekshana and Wanindu Hasaranga. Archer and Hasaranga have had injury issues in the past. They also have two other overseas players in the form of Quena Mfaka and Fazalhaq Farooqi but the upcoming season could be a testing season for their Indian bench strength.
