During the Question and Answer session, James Anderson ignored Virat Kohli, Babar Azam, and Rohit Sharma and named the legendary Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar as the finest batter he had ever seen.

“The best batter I would have to say is Sachin Tendulkar,” Anderson said.

James Anderson was asked to pick the best bowler he had ever faced, he took the names of Glenn McGrath and Dale Steyn.

He added: “The best bowler I faced probably Glenn McGrath or Dale Steyn. Hard to pick between the two. Slightly different bowlers, but both world-class.”

Talking about Anderson, the star bowler has been serving his nation for more than two decades now and is hailed as one of the most successful bowlers in the history of this game. He has represented England in 187 Tests and has picked 700 wickets in the longest format of the game.

Not just this, James Anderson is England’s most successful ODI bowler, with 269 wickets under his name.
