A Passion for Cricket Since Childhood
Laura Cardoso has always played sports since she was really young. Her early cricket training began when she was a child. When she was 11, Laura decided to stop playing volleyball and completely pursue her love for cricket.

Laura’s first match as an international player occurred against the United States when she played a vital role for her team, bowling two overs including one maiden and only conceding six runs while taking one wicket in this crucial match.
In incredible form just days following her initial match, she produced another extraordinary performance against Canada. During this game, as the team was about to lose, she miraculously took a hat-trick of wickets in the final over and helped the team to a sensational win by only needing to defend three runs.
