The Netherlands team will play their first game against the UAE on May 6th. They have four ODIs scheduled in the first half of May, with two matches against each team. The series is crucial for both teams as they prepare for the 2027 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup, which will be hosted by South Africa, Namibia, and Zimbabwe.

The Netherlands team, led by Scott Edwards, will be eager to win all four matches in the upcoming series. Winning these games will help them strengthen their position on the League 2 table. The top two teams, along with four other teams from the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup League 2 cycle, will qualify for the 2027 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Qualifiers.

The series matches between the Netherlands, Scotland, and the UAE will be held at two venues: VRA in Amstelveen and Kampong in Utrecht. All three teams will be determined to perform their best and win the series.

The Netherlands team last played in a tri-series against Canada and Namibia. They had a good run, winning two games, with two matches being washed out due to rain.
