Usama Mir Signs 3-Year T20 Worcestershire Contract, To Become UK Local In 2027

The Pakistani spinner Usama Mir signs a 3 year contract deal with Worcestershire for three years. While Mir’s international record has been a bit patchy (12 ODIs and 5 T20Is), he clearly has an entry in international T20 leagues. He has shown he can perform at a high level.

Usama Mire was the top wicket-taker in the PSL 2024

His all-around performances in the 2023 T20 Blast for the Worcestershire Rapids were impactful. He was up there with the best legspinners in the BBL and equal second only to Adam Zampa. These are reasons that ensure he is an asset to any T20 setup.
