Born on 25 September 1999 in Bilaspur, Madhya Pradesh, India, Pooja Vastrakar is an Indian female cricketer who represents Madhya Pradesh. Pooja’s cricketing expedition started in her childhood days, she started playing gully cricket with her neighborhood boys in Shahdol, Madhya Pradesh at the age of 10 years. Pooja Vastrakar started training at the Gulmohar Cricket Academy, an all-boys faculty. In her initial days, she was the only girl who undertook cricket training at the Gulmohar Cricket Academy. Pooja took a brief break from her cricket training after her mother’s demise. The all-rounder made a roaring comeback and solidified her position in Madhya Pradesh’s senior cricket team at the age of 14.
