The International Masters League (IML) 2025 will forever be remembered as an iconic tournament because it brought together cricket legends from all across the globe. The tournament started on 22 February, and we’re heading closer to the finals that are scheduled for 16 March 2025. A total of 18 matches will be played, including the finals and eliminator matches.
Until now, eight games have been played with South Africa appearing in three of them, but they only managed to pull off a win in the previous match that happened yesterday on 3 March 2025. With so much more thrill to come, here is a short recap of the current standings of the IML.

The tournament started with a tremendous victory of India Masters against Sri Lanka on 22 February 2025.
Following the opening match, West Indies defeated Australia Masters by eight runs on 24 February in Navi Mumbai.
In the third match of the tournament, India Masters registered their second win by 9 wickets over England Masters. It was the easiest win in the IML.
Sri Lanka secured their first victory in the fourth match on 26 February 2025 against South Africa by seven wickets.
West Indies secured their second win against England Masters by eight runs. This came in as an easy win, again.

In the sixth match of the IML, Sri Lanka won again by three wickets against Australia Masters on 28 February 2025.
India secured its third victory and strengthened its position on the top of the leader boards on 1 March 2025 after defeating South Africa Masters.
In yesterday’s thrilling match, South Africa secured its maiden win of the tournament by defeating England Masters. Once again, England lost its chance at redemption and stayed at the bottom of the points table with zero wins.
