He won his final Asia Cup in 2012.
Shoaib Malik: 786 runs
In terms of runs scored during the continental tournament, Shoaib Malik is fourth on the list. The Pakistani all-rounder has 786 runs in just 17 games. Only he represents Pakistan as a player on this list. He bats an astounding 65.50 and has three hundred in the Asia Cup. His 90.65 batting strike rate was also very high. He participated in both of the Pakistani team’s victories in 2000 and 2012 when they won the competition.

Rohit Sharma: 745 runs
Rohit Sharma has 745 runs to his name and is the fifth-highest run scorer in the Asia Cup. His tournament batting average is 46.56, and his strikeout percentage is 85. With the Asia Cup in 2023, the Hitman will have a chance to increase the number of runs on his total. By the end of the competition, he might be able to pass Shoaib Malik in the standings.
Arjuna Ranatunga: 741 runs
Arjuna Ranatunga led a capable Sri Lankan team with bravery. Ranatunga amassed 741 runs during the competition.
