In the final stage of the match where Bhanuka Rajapaksa was gradually taking the game off from Pakistan, and the leg spinner of Pakistan Shadab Khan messed up and collided with Asif Ali while taking the catch of Rajapaksa which could ultimately reduce 15 to 20 runs in the target which Sri Lanka put forth against Pakistan.

After watching the video it seem that Asif Ali was the right man who was standing in a perfect position to take the dolly, but Shadab Khan dived in between and ultimately result in the dropped catch which gave another life to southpaw Sri Lankan batsman.

#2. Arshdeep Singh dropped a dolly catch of Asif Ali.

In the second game of Super 4 qualification stage India and Pakistan were heading against each other to move one step closer into the grand finale of the tournament, but in the 18th over Asif Ali and Shadab Khan was batting and on the leg spin delivery of Ravi Bishnoi Ali tried to clear the boundary but totally miss judge the ball and it went to the third man fielder Arshadeep Singh who was standing in the circle.

But he went very casual to grabbed the ball and ultimately dropped it which raged the captain Rohit Sharma and the whole Indian team over him while this catch probably resulted in the bitter defeat of India against Pakistan by 5 wickets.

#3.Fakhar Zaman’s misjudgement in the deep.

The Pakistan top order batsman Fakhar Zaman didn’t have a great tournament in terms of run making and also in the context of fielding and grabbing crucial catches, in the second game of Super 4 stage where India and Pakistan competing against each other Fakhar Zaman fail to capitalise the chance of catching and dismising the tailender Ravi Bishnoi who eventually scored two boundaries on the two failed catching attempts by Zaman.

Haris Rauf was the bowler for 20th over and Pakistan already conceeded to many runs but eventually he bowled very good four balls in the over but later on the last two balls Zaman could catch the ball easily but failed on both occasions and ball went for boundaries.

#4. Shadab Khan’s wrong anticipation of the airborne ball.

Pakistan leg spinner Shadab Khan previously also dropped the catch of Bhanuka Rajapaksa on the score of 46 runs where he couldn’t judge the ball properly as it went so high in the sky but though these kind of catches are grabbed on the regular basis by some of the decent fielders of the world cricket, it has to be grab if crucial matches have to be win.

But at the end Sri Lanka bounce back clinically after losing 5 wickets on just the score of 67 runs and their bowlers also compliment the performance of their batsman and restrict Pakistan on the figures of 147-runs.
