This Veteran New Zealand All-rounder gets shockingly retire from international cricket

The star all rounder of New Zealand, ‘Colin de grandhomme’ get retired from all formats of the international cricket on Wednesday, it was a pretty shocking news esspecially for the cricket fraternity of New Zealand as the De Grandhomme was doing pretty well in the domestic cricket and in the upcoming fixtures of New Zealand he might get a chance on the basis of that performance. 

Colin de grandhomme was the member of World test championship winning side of New Zealand, also his all round performance gave in enormous contribution in the final game of 2019 ICC World Cup for New Zealand. While speaking about his factors which forced him to get retired Colin de grandhomme said, “I accept that I am not getting any younger and that the training is getting harder, particularly with the injuries.

“I also have a growing family and am trying to understand what my future looks like post-cricket. All of this has been on my mind over the past few weeks. I’ve been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to play for the BLACKCAPS since debuting in 2012 and I’m proud of my international career – but I feel this is the right time to finish”.

Later Colin de grandhomme added, “I’ve loved being part of this team over the past decade and am grateful for the experiences we’ve shared together. I’ve made many lasting friendships with teammates, coaching staff,x` and opponents, and will treasure the memories for the rest of my life”.
