Rohit Sharma should give up captaincy : Ex-Pak veteran gives a hostile piece of advice to Indian captain

The former Pakistan batsman Mohammad Hafeez gave hostile advice to the Indian captain Rohit Sharma over the burden of captaincy which Sharma couldn’t cope up with according to him. Rohit Sharma struggled a lot to get to a flyer score from past couple of matches which is why the experts of cricket are relating his bad form with extra burden of captaincy which he doesn’t seem to be managing properly.

Rohit Sharma scored his last International fifty almost 12 matches before, which is not a good thing for the batsman of Indian top order as it is the most consistent part of the batting line of. So in a video clip which Hafeez shared on social media he said, “Look at his expression. This is Rohit Sharma’s expression after the game got finished. And they have won by 40 runs. His body language was weak when he came out to toss. I thought he was scared and confused”.

“I can’t see Rohit Sharma whom I know. That Rohit Sharma who has played blinder of knocks. I think the captaincy is a burden on him and his from has dwindled as well. His IPL was bad. And since then his return to international cricket was not that good. And he is saying a lot of things like ‘we will play positive cricket’ and this and that. But that is not reflected in his own body language,” Hafeez concluded.
