Watch : Shoaib Akhtar recalls the match when Rahul Dravid got so angry on him

Shoaib Akhtar the Pakistani pace bowler has a recently recalled the memory of 2004 ICC Champions trophy on Star Sports, where India and Pakistan was contending against each other at Birmingham and in between Rahul Dravid last his calm for the very first time in international cricket.  In a group stage match between Indian and Pakistan strong teams from both the sides have been placed on the field to contest against each other. 

In that game Shoaib Akhtar bowled a length ball to Dravid and he guided it for a single, but while taking a single, Dravid went on directly to Shoaib Akhtar. Thus on this thumping both the cricketers got angry and exchanged heated words with each other. Then the Pakistani skipper Imam-ul-Haque stopped these two athletes from making the argument more intense. 

On the other instance of 5th ODI between India Pakistan at Rawalpindi, Shoaib Akhtar went into a flashback when Mohammad Kaif made the gesture on the ground which made him so unhappy. As per him, Kaif while taking a single has intentionally went on the body of the Shoaib Akhtar who was standing near the stumps to catch the ball when the fielder throws it.

This thing has actually made Akhtar so unhappy, but he didn’t react too much at this occasion. The Pakistani pacer remembered the moment by saying, “We were close to winning that game, and Rahul Dravid ran into me. I told him you run on your side and I will run on mine. Rahul got flared up. I told him ‘Rahul, why are you getting so aggressive? I know the climate is changing but the thing is I can’t understand that tu bhi ladh sakta hai (you too can fight).”
