Shaheen Afridi Gets Married To Shahid Afridi’s Daughter In Karachi. See Pics

Ansha Afridi, the daughter of former Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi, married star bowler Shaheen Afridi in a grandiose wedding in Karachi on Friday.

In a magnificent wedding in Karachi on Friday, star pacer Shaheen Afridi married former Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi’s daughter, Ansha. The event was commemorated by Babar Azam, the captain of Pakistan’s cricket team, and other players. Shaheen proposed to Ansha last year, which is interesting. The Pakistan Super League (PSL) team Lahore Qalandars shared photographs from Shaheen’s wedding ceremony on Twitter. Other noteworthy attendees included Naseem Shah, Shadab Khan, and Sarfaraz Khan, in addition to Babar.

In a video shared by Lahore Qalandars, Shaheen can be heard saying, “Qabool Hai, Qabool Hai,” to the cleric officiating his marriage.

Shaheen Afridi was observed working out in the nets on the day of his wedding to get back in condition for the PSL 8 tournament after suffering a knee injury during the T20 World Cup final last year.

The 22-year-old recently opened out about his time in rehab, when he was on the verge of quitting cricket but persisted by watching old footage of himself.

“Occasionally, I considered giving up. I was only training on one muscle, and it was not getting stronger. I used to tell myself repeatedly during the therapy sessions, “This is enough; I can’t do this any longer.” But after seeing how well I had performed while watching my bowling on YouTube, I became inspired and pushed myself to “push a bit harder” A fast bowler missing cricket due to an injury is disappointing “on YouTube, Shaheen stated.

The eighth PSL season will kick off on February 13 with a match between Shaheen-led Lahore Qalandars and Multan Sultans.

Shaheen played a key role in Lahore Qalandars’ maiden PSL title last season, contributing with both the ball and the bat.
