However, the Indian Premier League (IPL) and the Big Bash League (BBL) are the best and most exciting T20 leagues in the world when particularly in comparison to the others.
The Indian Premier League is basically played in India, whereas the Big Bash League is played in Australia. IPL: The Indian Premier League (IPL) is an annual professional T20 cricket league hosted in India. The IPL was established in 2007 by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). The league is contested by eight franchise teams from eight Indian cities. Every year, the Indian T20 League is held between the months of March and May.
BBL: The Big Bash League (BBL), also known as the KFC Big Bash League or simply Big Bash, is an annual professional T20 cricket league hosted in Australia. In 2011, Cricket Australia formed the franchise-based league. BBL, like IPL, has eight franchise teams based in eight different Australian cities. BBL matches are typically held in Australia mostly during summer months of December, January, and February.
