Glenn Phillips is a ‘fitness freak’ and is often in the news for his incredible fielding on the field. But did you know that he does 800 push-ups a day?

Glenn Phillips himself has said that he does 800 push-ups a day. He does this by doing two sets of 300 push-ups each and doing 200 push-ups in the last set.

Phillips plays for New Zealand, but he was born in South Africa. His family moved to New Zealand when Phillips was a child.

Glenn Phillips started playing cricket at the college level. Phillips says that he is able to hit big sixes only by working very hard in the gym.
