
ICC Champions Trophy: Indian team started practice, Shami bowled, Kohli batted in the nets
The Indian team started practice on Sunday at the beautiful ICC Academy practice ground here ahead of the ICC Champions Trophy, in which fast bowler Mohammed Shami spent a lot of time with bowling coach Morne Morkel. At the same time, two new pitches have been kept in Dubai for the Indian team. India has to play all its matches in Dubai.
With the new standard operating procedure (SOP) being strictly implemented, there was no question of alternative practice, so everyone from captain Rohit Sharma to young Harshit Rana practiced. Shami was wearing a stretchable cap on his knee. He started with a short runup.

Rishabh Pant was hit in the knee by a powerful shot from Pandya. He groaned in pain, but physio Kamlesh Jain treated him immediately. Pandya came out of the nets to check on his condition. However, the injury was not serious and Pant immediately came to practice batting wearing pads. Kohli looked very concentrated during the practice.
