In T20 cricket clinching wickets consistently is the most difficult thing for a bowler. But in Indian Cricket the T20 specialists like Jasprit Bumrah, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Deepak Chahar and Yuzvendra Chahal made it possible in the past. For becoming an expert bowler in this format, discipline and wizard gestures are very necessary in a full-fledged manner. On the other hand, there is not even a scope of slight mistake in this template of the game. Because majority batsmen always look towards improvising the shorts on the poor bowling.
But few Indian bowlers made it possible to stick with the top-notch discipline in their T20 International careers.
#1. Deepak Chahar (6/7).
Against Bangladesh in the year 2019, Deepak Chahar produced his finest T20 bowling figures of 6/7 (4-overs). He just conceded 7 runs in the quota for four overs and clinched 6 wickets in it. Many veteran batsmen of the opposition like Mushfiqur Rahim, Tamim Iqbal and Shakib Al Hasan lost their wickets on the dangerous swing bowling of Chahar. In the history of T20 cricket this is one of the best bowling figures ever produced by a fast bowler.
#2. Yuzvendra Chahal (6/25).
Yuzvendra Chahal stamped second best bowling figures in T20 cricket as an Indian bowler. In the home T20 match against England in 2017, Chahal clinched 6 wickets, by just conceding 25 runs in four overs. The Eoin Morgan leading English side was looking to clinch victory to establish their dominance in the series. But Yuzi Chahal restricted the English side below 150 runs while chasing the total of 203.
#3. Bhuvneshwar Kumar (5/4).
In the recently concluded Asia Cup 2022, Bhuvneshwar Kumar crafted the best T20 bowling figures of his international career. In the last game of the Indian team against Afghanistan Bhuvi got a 5-wicket haul by conceding just 4 runs in the total of four overs. The best swing bowling was on display at Dubai International Stadium where the batsman of Afghanistan fell like a pack of cards. The names like Rahmanullah Gurbaz, Hazratullah Zazai and Mohammed Nabi were the prime hunts of Bhuvneshwar Kumar.
