The T20 World Cup 2022 is just a month away, all the teams are putting their blood and sweat to prepare themselves properly for the tournament. Many stalwart cricket playing Nations like India, South Africa, Australia and England will have a great advantage in Australia. As their bowling departments are highly flexible to bowl at any playing conditions. Openers of all teams will have a big responsibility to give a strong start in the bowling friendly conditions to their teams. So, it will be keen to see which of them will register this tournament in his name.
Below is the prediction of three openers who could Shine in the T20 World Cup 2022.
#1. Mohammad Rizwan (Pak)
Mohammad Rizwan recently became the number one T20 batsman of the world after the completion of Asia Cup 2022. He is currently going through a bright patch of his career, where in every second match he is surpassing the barrier of 50+ runs. On the flat Australian pitches Mohammad Rizwan will be in a great advantage as it suits his gameplay perfectly. But his batting position will be a factor to look, as many reports are coming forth regarding the shuffle of his batting number from No.1 to No.6.
#2. David Warner (Aus)
Australian opener David Warner can score big knocks in the tournament as he always loves to bat in his home conditions. He consistently made good scores in the recent matches but critically failed to convert it into a three figures knock. It would be really interesting to see how he will come up with the top-class spin bowling of Asian countries. Because spin bowling will be the only thing which could play a big role in turning the games quickly.
#3. Quinton De Kock (SA)
The South African veteran, Quinton de cock will be the most vital player for the Proteas in the whole T20 World Cup. Along with Temba Bavuma, he will try to stitch the opening partnership as long as possible because the middle order of the South African team is slightly weak in comparison to the top order. De Kock played 69 T20I matches for his team and scored 1894-runs into it. His average strike rate stays around 140 which is brilliant stuff for a T20 opener.
