Born on December 16, 1952, this West Indian is the highest-ranked ODI bowler according to the ICC’s best bowling ratings. Joel Garner, known as Big Bird, was a member of the West Indian team that won the World Cup in 1979. With his exceptional height of 6 ft. 8 inches, he made his International ODI debut against Pakistan on March 16, 1977. He was the tallest fast bowler to play test cricket when he made his debut in 1977. Garner has appeared in 58 tests and 98 One-Day Internationals, taking 259 and 146 wickets at an average of 20.97 and 18.84, respectively. He took a 5-wicket haul seven times in test matches and three times in ODIs.

Raid is 6 feet 8 inches tall Australian fast-medium bowler. He made his ODI debut against New Zealand on January 9, 1986, and his test debut against India in December 1985. He was an integral part of the Australian team that won their first world cup in 1987, and he was the first Australian to take a hat-trick in the ODI format of the game. He played 27 tests and 61 One-Day Internationals for Australia, taking 113 and 63 wickets respectively with an average of 24.63 and 34.96. He took five wickets five times in test matches and once in one-day internationals.
