The flamboyant Indian finisher Dinesh Karthik only faced one ball in the whole tournament of Asia Cup 2022 from which the Indian cricket team was recently knocked out by Sri Lanka and Pakistan in the qualification stage of (Super 4). But the chances which Dinesh Karthik got and the number of times he was on the field for Indian team make a strong doubt on his absence in this squad of Indian team for T20 world cup 2022 which is just month to go.
This conclusion can be made because the recent press conferences of head coach Rahul Dravid and the captain Rohit Sharma indicated that the focus of the Indian team was on playing the similar side in Asia Cup 2022 which will probably going to appear in Australia, and after two matches Dinesh Karthik ruled out from the team that creates a doubt on his involvement in World T20.

This might be happen due to absence of Ravindra Jadeja as per many cricket experts but if this scenario could be considered then Dinesh Karthik will surely not appear in T20 World Cup 2022 for India as Jadeja is all set to miss the international cricket for at least 4 months due to serious surgery over the freaking knee injury.

And even in the absence of Ravindra Jadeja if Dinesh Karthik made his position into the team then the equation or the template on which Rohit Sharma leading side is sailing till the moment will get totally devastated.
