India’s men’s and women’s blind cricket teams demonstrated exceptional performance at the IBSA World Games 2023, with the men’s team securing a victory over Australia and the women’s team achieving a dominant win against England in Birmingham.

In the women’s game, India showcased their dominance by thrashing England with a remarkable 185-run victory. Opting to bat, India’s Gangavva Neelappa Harijan’s explosive century (117 off 60 balls) and contributions from Phula Saren (49) and Valasanaini Ravanni (54) led India to an imposing total of 268/2 in 20 overs. England’s chase was plagued by constant wicket losses, resulting in a meager score of 83/8 in 20 overs.
