Pakistan captain Babar Azam reminisced on his stint in the Lanka Premier League (LPL) and how it will serve as a springboard for upcoming international events.
“Cricket has been highly competitive; this is a very strong league. Talented young athletes and experienced players are well-balanced. We have a bilateral series against Afghanistan after the Lanka Premier League, then the Asia Cup and the World Cup. I’m going series by series, and I can get ready for every game. My entire attention is currently on the league,” he declared.
