After four tests, Australia is ahead of the hosts, England. Australia had won the first two games of the highly contested series, England had won the third game, and the fourth game in Manchester ended in a draw. Australia has already retained the Ashes urn, but in order to win the Ashes series for the first time since 2001, they would need at least a draw or a victory in the final game at The Oval.
